Changsha-Wuhan-Hohhot

My mother used to say that she would take me to Inner Mongolia. I finally look forward to today!

This morning, we packed our bags and set off. I am very happy. However, we may miss the train from Changsha to Wuhan because of the traffic jam. At a sharp turn, there was a road between the two cars. This seat could not be taken away by others, so the driver Wang made a sharp turn and inserted it so that we could catch the train. Thank him!

The first time I took the train, I was very excited, happy and nervous at the same time.

There are many seats on the train, and there is a table in front of each seat for eating. The waiter always pushes a dining car full of food past you. I think taking the train is boring and not very fun, but because it is the first time to take the train, I have always been very happy.

We will arrive in Wuhan in three hours, so we got off the train in a hurry. I don't think my ass is hot yet! Outside the railway station exit, someone came to meet us. We went to Hubei Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau by bus. Mom must do something. After that, it was already 6 o'clock. Time to eat. We went to the canteen to eat again. The food in the canteen here is much more delicious than that in Changsha! I ate so much that my stomach almost burst! Let's say goodbye to our uncles and then get on the bus and go to the airport.

When we arrived at the airport, my mother bought insurance for us to ensure our safety. Boarding will be soon. We'll line up at once, then take the airport bus ferry to the plane and wait there for takeoff. The plane took off and I felt very noisy in my ears. After the plane was balanced, the waiter brought cookies and drinks, and I began to eat happily. Soon after, the waiter pushed the dining car full of drinks. I finished the drink in the cup at once and asked the waiter to pour me another one. What a high trick I played!

When we got off the plane, an uncle greeted us. It is raining heavily in Hohhot, which is rare in the north. It's the rain we brought from the south! In order to avoid the rain, I immediately hid in the car and the car took us to the hotel. I will spend the night here tonight. After taking a shower and brushing my teeth, I slowly fell asleep in bed. ...

Hohhot-Siziwangqi-Erenhot

At noon today, we ate in yurts. At first, I liked to eat shallots, which were sour and delicious. At this time, my uncle said, "That's what sheep on the grassland eat." I thought: No wonder the sheep here are so fat! Then, a plate of lamb intestines was served, followed by roast lamb back, jiaozi made of mutton stuffing, and mutton soup noodles. Only then did I really understand: if you don't eat sheep, Mongolia will have nothing to eat. Then, a group of people sang and danced happily, and forced their mother to drink and offer Hada, which made me feel that the Mongolian hospitality was indescribable.

There are many eating ceremonies here, such as: drinking before offering Hada, touching the wine with your ring finger before drinking, sprinkling it into the sky first, then onto the ground, then onto your forehead, then onto someone else's forehead, and finally drinking; Before you eat the sheep's back, you must make a cross on the sheep's back with a knife ... there are so many ceremonies here!

Finally, after dinner, we went to Erenhot by bus, which is located on the border between Mongolia and China. We came to the training center of Erenhot Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and we live here. Because it is very dry here, there is often water shortage, so there is no water to flush the toilet and wash your face. What a bother! We must save water.

After dinner in the evening, my mother and I went cycling together. I was a little scared at first, but then I didn't feel scared. Very comfortable!

How nice it is to be in Inner Mongolia! This is just the beginning!

Mongolia Erenhot-Zhamenud-Xilinhot

I went abroad this morning, from Erenhot to Zamenude, Mongolia. Mongolia has a small population, with a total population of just over 2 million, and Changsha has a population of 3 to 4 million. The population of Mongolia is really very very small. Mongolia is not only sparsely populated, but also very backward. The house is small and the toilet is just a rectangular box. How poor Mongolia is! Although Mongolia is small and poor, it is the largest landlocked country in the world. I really can't believe it! I feel lucky to be born in China!

I also met an aunt, the director of Mongolia Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, who took time out of her busy schedule to accompany us. We are really honored! Auntie can't speak Chinese and needs an interpreter. Aunt is fat, with a round face, red lips like lipstick, good skin, white and lovely, wearing a uniform and a hat. If you don't look carefully, she will think it is a man!

My aunt sent us some lovely Mongolian dolls. I like them very much.

I saw a total solar eclipse when I was eating in a hotel tonight, because the moon covered the sun when it was rotating and appeared.

Today is my first time to go abroad, and it is also my first time to see a total solar eclipse. I am very, very happy!

Xilinhot-Wudongqi-Nailinguole-Wudongqi

At noon today, we went from Xilinhot to Dongwuqi (flag means county in Mongolian), then to Nailinguole, and finally to Wuzhumuqin grassland.

The winding Nailin River is located near the border between China and Mongolia. Looking down from the mountain, the grass is green, just like a big green carpet! I couldn't help rolling on it a few times. The grassland is really spectacular! How beautiful!

There is a swan lake next to it. There are more white swans in the lake, which is said to be countless. Unfortunately, we only saw a few. It is said that people who can see swans are very lucky! There is also a large herd of cows next to the swan, like soldiers protecting the swan.

There is also a Eight Diagrams Divine Spring with an Aobao in front (Aobao is an altar for Mongolian sacrifices, not a Mongolian yurt). I also heard that washing your nose with a spring can cure rhinitis, and you can also ... drink spring water, which feels like soda, salty and a little bloody. It tastes strange! I was going to take a bottle to grandpa, because I hoped that the magic water could cure grandpa's rhinitis, but it soon became dirty and deteriorated after leaving the spring water, so it was used to wash the windows.

The sky in Mongolia is unusually blue and the clouds are very white. There are many calves and lambs like stars. I love it here!

Wudongqi-Chifeng Hexigten Banner-Shanshui Hot Spring Hotel

This morning, we went from Wudongqi to Ashatu Stone Forest, which is located in the northeast of Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Mongolia, 370 kilometers away from Chifeng City. Ashatu is translated as steep rock.

This stone forest is distributed on the hillside. Stone forest is full of strange stones. Some are like the seven fairies, some are like the Three Oaths in Taoyuan, some are even layered like sesame cakes, and some are like eagles. I heard that you don't have to worry about anything if you touch the eagle's head!

Do you know why there are such strange stones here? I'll tell you one thing: a long time ago, the temperature of the earth dropped, causing glaciers everywhere on the earth. Later, when the temperature rose, glaciers turned into oceans, and seawater washed away and corroded rocks. Later, the earth had a violent crustal movement, and the flat ground arched into mountains, but those stones never disappeared. These stones are the ones we saw in Shilin.

Today, we stayed at Shanshui Hot Spring Hotel. In the evening, we were honored to attend the bonfire party and dance with our Mongolian sisters. How happy we are!

Today, I saw so many strange rocks and learned so much knowledge. I'm so happy!

Hexigten Banner-Chifeng Ulan Bhutto Grassland-Ulan Chaha (Jining)

Today, we went to Ulan Bhutto Prairie, where films such as Princess Zhu Huan, Hanwu Emperor and Kangxi Dynasty were filmed.

I took a lot of photos there, and the background was the barracks left by filming. These barracks let me feel how bumpy the history of China is!

After lunch in yurt at noon, I got on a beach motorcycle. At first, I was scared. With everyone's encouragement, I will slowly drive myself! Bump and fun!

In the afternoon, we saw large sunflowers. It's the first time I've seen such a large sunflower at close range! However, sunflowers are not sunny. Mom joked that sunflowers are afraid of tanning. Grandma said that sunflowers only shine in the morning, which proves that sunflowers only go east! Why is this?

Along the way, we went to the gas station to refuel, but after several gas stations, there was no gas. We can't see the destination, and the car doesn't have much gas. We had to get off and wait for the driver's uncle and uncle Wang to find a way to refuel. After a long time, we finally refueled. It's very hard when there is no gasoline! In case the car can't fill up, we'll stay here, which is good. In case we suddenly run out of gas on the road, we will sleep on the street. We must be saved! Save!

I will say goodbye to my grandparents and sister tomorrow. I don't know when we can meet again. I think I may never see them again. Thought of here, I was in tears ... I hope today will pass slowly!

Wulanchaha-Hohhot-Shijiazhuang

This morning, we went to Jokhang Temple (Zhao means Temple, also called the Great Temple), but it is also called Infinite Life. Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty once came here to deliver the three treasures! They are palace lanterns, Buddha statues and canopy made of peacock feathers (I think it looks like a parasol).

It's very, very big, covering an area of about 30,000 square meters. The temple seat faces south, and the main architectural layout is "Seven Temples in Galand". These Buddha statues are made of pure gold or sterling silver, and there is even a Buddhist cassock inlaid with sparkling diamonds! I guess it must have cost a lot of money, which was very, very unexpected, but the tour guide sister was not surprised at all.

After the visit, I want to say goodbye to my dear sisters. I am a sentimental and sentimental person. I cried for a long time, and then I cried and slept. After waking up, although I didn't cry, I still had tears in my heart. Although I have been with my sister for less than a month, I am still so sad that I can't describe it ... It is these fifty minutes on the plane that have separated me from my sister forever. ...

Weather on Tuesday, August 6, 2008: sunny

Today, I want to end this trip. I see, it's fate that meets someone, but when your fate comes to an end, you have to say goodbye to that person.

I'm so sad that I can't play with my sister and grandparents anymore! Looking at those photos with my sister, grandparents, tears can't help falling.

I met an Italian on the train. His name is Pietot. His English is not very good. My mother spoke vaguely to him, and I only heard one sentence: he said I looked good in a hat. He also gave me a box of Italian fruit candy.

Mother's postscript: Although I have been to the north and south of the Yangtze River on business, this is the first time to take my daughter out of town, which lasted for 8 days and spanned more than 2,000 kilometers from the south to the northern frontier; Trains, planes, cars, and various means of transportation went into battle. Especially in Inner Mongolia, the six-day bus journey is more than 3,000 kilometers, which makes me secretly admire my daughter's adaptability: vomiting and diarrhea only once, and I can basically take care of myself at other times, so don't worry too much; And sentimental, she also understood the truth of "fate". It seems that the child's potential is really unlimited. Take her to the world if you have the opportunity!
