Why are people willing to produce concentrated honey instead of selling raw honey? The reasons are as follows: Beekeepers shake honey every 3-5 days on average. Under normal circumstances, bees will breathe honey in the nest after producing honey to remove the water in the honey, while bees in the background will keep flapping their wings and evaporate the water in the honey. When they think that the water in the honey has evaporated almost, the honey will be mature, and the bees will seal a layer of beeswax on the hive, which is also commonly known as pure natural high-quality sealed honey. Generally, the highest Baume degree can reach 42 degrees (depending on the weather, it is generally not lower than 40 degrees, and the national standard is 39 degrees). But the treatment time of this bee needs at least 4-5 days. In fact, in order to save costs, manufacturers often push the price to the bottom line, and have low requirements for Baume. Because they have thickeners, the purchase prices of mature honey and immature honey are not far apart, so beekeepers shake the immature honey out in three days to increase production, and some even shake it once a day. It is also convenient to shake honey, and it is not necessary to scrape off the wax with a honey scraper every time before shaking, which saves time, effort and productivity, killing two birds with one stone. In order to attract consumers, manufacturers concentrate immature honey and process it into 43 degrees. Toothpicks can be discarded after picking out the silk, and it won't be a problem for five years. The glass bottle will not explode because of the gas contained in the original honey, and it is easy to transport. Consumers also call it absolute. There are a lot of "good" honey and a lot of "high" concentrations, but ignorant people. ! ! !
