Timely early sowing is a successful experience summed up by our county in many years of agricultural production. It uses the moisture of soil returning to pulp to promote seed germination and avoid spring drought. Corn pollination ended before lodging and escaped the rainy season. This year, Tieling County will continue to stabilize the grain planting area. The county plans to implement a total crop planting area of 4.897 million mu, including 4.0386 million mu of corn and 42,000 mu of soybeans. About 6894 tons of corn seeds and about 182 tons of soybean seeds; 252,400 tons of chemical fertilizer have all been put in place. In order to raise farmers' awareness of scientific and technological farming, Tieling County Agriculture and Rural Bureau used the "Winter of Science and Technology" activity to cooperate with major scientific research institutes to conduct scientific and technological training for the heads and technicians of new rural business entities such as cooperatives and family farms, and has trained 3,000 people.

According to the general arrangement of storing grain on the ground and storing grain in technology, Tieling County has adopted advanced production methods such as conservation tillage, mechanical subsoiling, no-tillage sowing and wide-narrow row planting this year to improve soil organic matter content, improve soil fertility, enhance field ventilation and light transmission capacity, increase grain output and promote sustainable agricultural development.

In order to ensure the orderly production of spring ploughing, after the Spring Festival, Tieling County organized agricultural technicians to go deep into various places to carry out the maintenance of agricultural machinery and tools. By the end of March, 43,000 sets of agricultural machinery and tools needed for spring ploughing in this county had all been overhauled. Since last winter and this spring, agricultural law enforcement departments have carried out dragnet inspections of seed, pesticide and fertilizer stores in the county, investigated and dealt with 8 agricultural stores 108, and handled 8 illegal cases, effectively safeguarding the vital interests of farmers and ensuring the orderly advancement of spring ploughing production.
