First, leaders at all levels attach great importance to weather modification.

In the development of agricultural production, weather modification is very important in flue-cured tobacco production. (5) Specification for purchase and storage of artillery shells. The shells and rockets used are ordered by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department. There is a special person to manage the operation process, and records must be kept when entering and leaving the warehouse. After the hail suppression operation, it can only be returned to the county armed forces department for safekeeping after being recovered and counted by unified personnel. At the end of September, the township gun points were maintained in winter and put into storage.

Third, the weather modification work has achieved remarkable results.

Under the leadership of the county government and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Weather Modification", we will implement work responsibilities at all levels, strictly implement various rules and regulations, closely monitor weather changes, and carry out hail suppression operations safely and effectively once there are signs of hail. Serving for hail suppression and disaster reduction in agricultural production has achieved remarkable results, which has been fully affirmed by the county party Committee, county government, relevant departments and farmers.

In the process of hail suppression, observers found cumulonimbus clouds, and immediately checked the radar and found hail. Our bureau quickly organized personnel to carry out hail suppression operations, which effectively prevented the occurrence of hail disasters and had obvious hail suppression effects. All gun sites in the county should always pay attention to the weather changes, do a good job in preparing for operations at any time and applying for airspace, and carry out hail suppression operations in a timely and safe manner to effectively reduce the occurrence of hail disasters in a timely manner.

Fourth, estimate the benefits of weather modification.

This year's weather modification work started from June 1 and ended on September 25th. Eight antiaircraft guns in the county have been used for hail suppression for four times, and the antiaircraft guns 10 were started, consuming 602 bombs, protecting flue-cured tobacco, covering a field area of 240 KM, with economic benefits1440,000. Raise awareness and put an end to safety accidents and liability accidents.

1, improve the system. According to "Regulations on Weather Modification Management" and standardized operating point standards, the operating specifications and procedures have been further improved. Improve the announcement system of figure work, and clarify the duty time, reporting system and operation mode of weather modification this year. Signed a letter of responsibility for shadow work with the person in charge of the gun station, which clarified the responsibilities of each gun station in terms of safety production and holding certificates.

2, improve the quality of workers, to ensure safe operation. From March/KOOC-0/0 to March/KOOC-0/5, 54 hail suppression militiamen (including 2 in the command room) in the county were intensively trained for 5 days before taking up their posts, learning meteorological knowledge, safe operation, anti-aircraft gun and rocket operation technology and related regulations, and all gunners (arrows) passed the examination. At the same time, the target management task of weather modification anti-aircraft gun station in XX county and the assessment method of weather modification anti-aircraft gun station in XX county were formulated and issued. From March 1 1 anti-aircraft guns, 1 set of rockets, the county's personnel and logistics support were all in place.

3, serious annual inspection and maintenance of running device, on a regular basis

Inspection, fault timely maintenance, equipment maintenance safety inspection 10 times, check out the existing safety hazards and make timely rectification to ensure safe operation. Bureau leaders often go deep into the front line of gun station operation to supervise, inspect and guide the implementation of the work.

Third, further improve the shadow security system and carry out information and standardization construction.

2. Carry out standardized gun station construction standards according to regional requirements, complete the standardized construction and put into use of Guihua and Taiping gun stations, as well as the fence construction of Pingba 1 and Pingba No.2 stations. In mid-April, the installation of lightning protection facilities in Taiping, Guihua, Datian and Changba gun stations was completed. At the same time, the dam gun station will be turned into a multifunctional information gun station with "three stations in one". Give full play to the role of weather modification in serving agriculture, further strengthen the standardization and modernization of anti-aircraft gun stations in our county, and lay a solid foundation for building a service brand of "disaster prevention and mitigation, meteorology first".

Fourth, do a good job and actively organize defense.

All operators and operation commanders are not afraid of difficulties, stick to their guns day and night, and wait for the most favorable operation opportunity. Our county weather modification office goes all out to do a good job in spring ploughing production, Tomb-Sweeping Day, the seventh tourism conference and artificial precipitation enhancement and hail suppression in autumn harvest. From March 10 to September 10, artificial precipitation enhancement and hail suppression operations were successfully organized for 32 times, and 2,522 shells were fired. 160 people participated in the operations. The affected area of the operation exceeds 1500 square kilometers. It has achieved obvious social and economic benefits.

Sixth, there are shortcomings.

Although our county's weather modification work this year has achieved complete success and comparison.

The effect is good, but there are still some shortcomings in the work, mainly due to the long service life and increasing aging of anti-aircraft guns. Even if it is well maintained, it may lead to safety.

For all problems, we should update the shadow equipment to enhance the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation; Second, the operational knowledge of the operational militia and the overall operational technical level of the operational equipment need to be improved; The third is the construction of hail suppression personnel. At present, the shadow team consists of personnel from the Meteorological Bureau and hired operators. Therefore, it is necessary to update the team and maintain stability.
