How to treat goldfish hot tail disease?

Goldfish scalding tail disease is caused by too strong light, too high water temperature, low air pressure and too little bait in the process of keeping the water from clear to green. The cause of this disease, also called bubble disease and burnt tail disease, is completely different from other fish diseases. It is not caused by parasites, nor by bacteria invading the human body. It is completely caused by the inadaptability of goldfish to the living environment.

The occurrence period of the disease is usually when the weather is hot in summer, especially those goldfish with large caudal fins, such as dragon's eye, blister eye, Feng Dan goldfish, etc., which are most prone to the disease. This kind of sick fish is easy to find because the symptoms of the disease are obvious. Generally, many bubbles the size of rice grains will grow on the fins of various parts, especially the caudal fins. Because there is air in the bubbles, the buoyancy in the water is great, so the sick turtle fish will lose its balance, and the tail fin of the fish will float on the water because of many bubbles, but the head will face down. In severe cases, the capillaries on the caudal fin will be congested and covered with red blood, which will eventually lead to caudal fin decay.

Even if the sick fish is cured and the tail fin grows back, it will still leave a white color that is not in harmony with the fish's body color. Treatment: First, in hot summer, when the sun is particularly strong, use bamboo curtains, reed mats and other things to block fish ponds or fish tanks. It is best to move the fish tank to a cool and ventilated place to increase the amount of water and prevent heatstroke from cooling down. Second, when feeding, you should feed the fish at one time to make the fish full. You can't feed a little at a time and feed it many times. Third, when changing water, you can gently massage the caudal fin of seriously ill goldfish from top to bottom with your hands, so that the bubbles in the caudal fin can be discharged, and then people can rest in clear water.

Four, when the weather is hot, change the water every 3~5 days 1 time. Don't let the color of water be too thick green and old green. Pay attention to the water temperature, and don't let it exceed 30℃.
