Why is there moisture on the window glass?

Recently, I found that there is often water vapor in the empty double-glazed windows at home in the morning and evening, and the sun disappears as soon as it comes out. The fog is very ugly. After careful observation, I found that this phenomenon only exists in my house, and the windows of my neighbors are all right. What is this?

Is it caused by the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor due to the cold weather? When the weather is cold, there is a temperature difference between indoor and outdoor. Indoor hot air meets outdoor cold air at the window, forming condensed water on the glass on the indoor side, so there will be water vapor. However, there is almost no possibility for insulating glass, because there is a distance of 8 mm between insulating glasses, and the hollow distance reduces the temperature difference of the inner glass, thus avoiding water vapor.

So is the glass broken? If the insulating glass is broken, there will be no moisture, but cracks, and only the glass needs to be replaced.

It's neither weather nor damage, so what caused it? I guess there is something wrong with the sealant of insulating glass. After the insulating glass is installed and used for a period of time, due to the change of environmental temperature, wind and rain, cracks in sealant, water vapor will slowly enter the adhesive layer and form atomization, thus fogging the glass.

In this case, it is necessary to replace the internal sealant and desiccant. The specific operation is: clean the glass, cut off the cracked sealing strip, then open the glass, expose it to the sun for a while, completely dry the water, add a new desiccant, and then fill it with two inert gases: krypton and argon. If you feel trouble, you can call the manufacturer and ask them to replace it for you. This is also a very convenient method.

It should be noted here that the double-layer insulating glass is filled with inert gas, which plays a very good role in heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation.

Dear friends, if you want to buy glass, be sure to ask what gas is in it and read the instructions carefully, otherwise the merchant will give you ordinary double glass, which will be a big loss.
