In order to prevent water vapor from condensing into water droplets on jujube fruit, do not repackage it immediately, but spread it out to dry, and then change bags and package it for shipment after the condensed water droplets disappear.
Because the characteristics of red dates are very easy to infestor, especially in sunny weather in summer, red dates should be soaked in boiling water to iron off unclean things on the surface, and then quickly picked up to dry water, dried in the sun, and then stored in a moisture-proof jar, which can play a certain role in moth prevention.
Jujube is rich in sugar, which can reach more than 80% after hanging and drying, and it also contains some water (even rocks and dry sand contain water), so this environment is very suitable for yeast to survive. Under aerobic conditions, yeast will decompose glucose or fructose into water and carbon dioxide; Under anaerobic conditions, it is decomposed into carbon dioxide and ethanol.
