Betty Chung's acting experience

Betty Chung (1949-), formerly known as Betty Chung, was born in Hongkong. 1963 Participated in the Hong Kong Amateur Singing Competition and won the champion of Ouxi Song Group. Three years later, he was signed by EMI and began to record. The songs she sings include western songs and contemporary mandarin songs, but most of the mandarin songs are adapted from western songs. Although she was very popular, there were no famous songs in this period. In 1970s, she sang the theme song "Heart and Qian Qian Knot" (1977/Crown) for TVB TV series. Although this song is in Cantonese, it has become her masterpiece. However, Betty Chung always sings mainly western songs. Later, Bi Li Palace, the last Caballe nightclub in Hong Kong, opened, and she became the first resident singer. She is married to Bao Bida Bao Bida, and I have hardly heard from her in recent years. In the early 1970s, her sister Zhong was a weather forecast girl. Older friends must remember.

Betty Chung's singing style is quite westernized, so it's natural to interpret Mandarin songs, but it's strange that her songs are rarely included in EMI's collection of old songs. Two singles, Miss You Baby and I Want to Act, were recorded in the 1960s.
