Newspapers, radio stations and TV stations in Beijing all have weather forecast columns and explanations, so please pay attention. You can also dial 373, which provides the weather forecast for the same day and the next day in Chinese and English.
But most of Beijing's tourism projects are cultural relics, scenic buildings and folk customs. These projects are not affected by the climate, and you can go to Beijing all year round. Travel agencies and restaurants in Beijing have off-season prices in winter, which can save a lot.
Located in the north of Fuchengmen Inner Street, it is a Tibetan Buddhist temple. Baita Temple, formerly known as Shouwan 'an Temple in Sheng Da, was founded in the 16th year of Yuan Dynasty (1279) and completed in the 25th year of Yuan Dynasty (1288). In the first year of Tianshun in Ming Dynasty (1457), it was changed to Miaoying Temple, commonly known as Baita Temple. In June of the 28th year of Yuan Dynasty (1368), all monasteries except the White Pagoda were destroyed by thunder and fire. It was rebuilt twice in the eighth year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty (1433) and in the twenty-seventh year of Kangxi (1688), and was renovated many times in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China. After liberation, the government carried out many repairs, and established the Baita Temple Cultural Relics Protection Management Office on 1980, which was also open to the public. During the Cultural Revolution, the gate of Baita Temple was demolished and the Baita Temple non-staple food shopping mall was built. 1997, Xicheng District invested 30 million yuan to demolish the shopping mall, exposing the White Pagoda. After the work of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics and other relevant departments, Baita Temple was officially opened to the public after renovation in June 5438+0998+ 10.
