What are the symptoms of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach and acclimatization?

Deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach, in TCM terms, is the same as deficiency of spleen and stomach yang, which is caused by eating disorder, overeating and suffering from cold, overwork, or long illness or fear of damaging the spleen. Symptoms include anorexia, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, aversion to warm and pressure, pale mouth, no thirst, tepid limbs, loose stool, edema of limbs, aversion to cold and aversion to warm, long or unfavorable urination, thin and frequent female leucorrhea, light and fat tongue, white and wet tongue coating, and delayed pulse. Symptoms are often caused by cold weather and eating cold food. Pain is accompanied by a feeling of chills in the stomach, which relieves the symptoms of warming. The epigastric cavity is dull and persistent, with cold pain and discomfort, pressing warm ointment, empty abdominal pain, slow eating, pain attack or aggravation after fatigue or eating cold or catching cold, spitting clear water, eating less, mental fatigue, tepid hands and feet, thin stool, pale tongue with white fur and weak pulse.
