The weather is in good condition. The frequency of disastrous weather is not great. In the nearly 20 centuries from the first year of Tang Yongzhen (805) to 2002, there was an average drought every 40 years and a flood every 27 years in Shui Yuan. Rainstorm weather with daily precipitation above 100 mm, with an average of 0.8 times a year. In the third year of Song Jianyan's reign (1 129), in April of the lunar calendar, "there was a flood in Taoyuan Cave in Langya, and boulders flowed down with it." Strong winds above magnitude 7, with an average of 9.3 times a year. Hail weather, about twice a year on average. Blizzard seldom happens. However, in the second year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1524), there was a "snowstorm, and many people died". It is rarely frozen. During the 48 years from 1954 to 2002, freezing weather occurred twice, once every 24 years on average.
