Synopsis of story:
With Christmas coming, Ellie's family is preparing for it. However, Ellie hasn't written the composition that the teacher asked her to hand in before the holiday, which is the biggest headache for her. By chance, Ellie and her friends found a special hut in the jungle. The owner of the house is an old man. He put a metal device at the door and Ellie took it away.
Ellie found that this is a device that can control the weather. In order to have an early holiday, Ellie put the weather controller outside the window, and the whole of Los Angeles was covered with heavy snow overnight. The snow not only allowed Ellie to take an early vacation as she hoped to avoid handing in her composition, but also added a little Christmas atmosphere to sunny Los Angeles. But the good times didn't last long, and the snow was getting heavier and heavier, and the traffic in Los Angeles was paralyzed. Father is away on business, because the flight is cancelled, he can't go home for Christmas. Ellie wishes it would stop snowing, but the weather controller is out of control.
In fact, the owner of the weather controller is Santa Claus. At the moment, he is looking for the controller with two elves. Hadley, a meteorologist at the TV station, was scolded by the leader because the forecast was not allowed. He vowed to find out the reason for the sudden change of weather. Through satellite positioning, Hadley found Ellie's home. He found the weather controller in Ellie's room, and Santa Claus found Ellie at this time, but they were already late. Hadley stole the controller.
Ellie caught up with Harley with Santa Claus and took him back to the cabin. After maintenance, the weather controller was repaired and the sun was shining. Santa Claus is going to send Christmas presents to children all over the world. Before leaving, he encouraged Ellie to use her intelligence in her study and promised to give her a special Christmas present.
On the festival day, Ellie received a card from Santa Claus. He told Ellie that the gift would be delivered soon. At this moment, Ali's father suddenly appeared outside the door. Although the heavy snow delayed the flight, his father was lucky enough to take a ride back to Los Angeles. The people who sent his father back were two elves of Santa Claus. This Christmas is of great significance to Ellie and full of surprises. Maybe Ellie's life will change from now on.
Wonderful point of view:
This film is a children's film full of magic. A strong Christmas atmosphere and rich imagination are a major feature of this film. In fact, there are many Hollywood movies that put Santa Claus on the screen. They are kind and can satisfy all the wishes of children. The image of Santa Claus in this film is slightly different. He will lose his temper because he can't fix the weather controller. What is even more unexpected is that Santa Claus also has a mother with gray hair like him in the film. The film is starring Harry Hirsch, a famous Hollywood actor, and Spencer Bosling, a child star who has appeared in movies such as Turning the Future and The Princess Diaries 2, also plays an important role in this film.
