How to add time and weather to the mobile phone desktop?

If you use a vivo mobile phone, you can refer to the following ways to set pendants on the desktop:

OriginOS 3 and OriginOS Ocean:?

Method 1: Slide "Atomic Component" from the desktop, and press and drag the related component to add it to the desktop. ?
