The Agricultural Federation Village Committee is located in the west of Jiulong area, Fengcun Town, covering an area of ??about 11.1 square kilometers. It has 5 villager groups under its jurisdiction and a total population of 1,451.

The Nonglian Village is an old revolutionary area, located on the back of Ivory Mountain, 8 kilometers away from Wei Town and 3 kilometers away from Za Village. It is located in a remote mountainous area with many mountains and few fields. The village-level collective economy is weak. Cinnamon and Morinda officinalis , citrus have become the main source of income for local villagers.

Nonglian Village and Baoping Village, Zacun Village, Fengcun Community, Tangxia Village, Fengcun Village, Guicun Village, Longxu Village, Dacun Village, Guxing Village, Getang Village, Xinsheng Village, Xinxing Village, Lucun Village and Jili Village are adjacent to each other.

On September 24, 2019, the Agricultural Federation Village was listed on the list of founding units of Guangdong Province’s “Democracy and Rule of Law Demonstration Village (Community)” in 2018.
