1. In the administrative area of Dingxing County, illegal production, transportation, storage, sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited at any time and in any area.

Two, the illegal production, transportation, storage, sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, by the public security, emergency management and other units in accordance with their respective responsibilities, promptly investigated and dealt with according to law. Suspected of violating the provisions of public security administration, the public security department shall be punished according to the relevant provisions of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law and the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Three, illegal fireworks, by the public security and urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments in accordance with the provisions of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law", "People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law", "Fireworks Safety Management Regulations" and "Hebei Province Air Pollution Prevention Regulations", shall be ordered to stop the discharge, and shall be punished according to law.

Four, illegal production, transportation, storage, sale and discharge of fireworks, causing property losses or personal injury to the state, the collective and others, shall bear civil liability according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

5. Those who refuse to cooperate or hinder law enforcement officers from performing their official duties according to law shall be given a heavier punishment by the public security department in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Six, any unit or individual has the right to discourage and stop the illegal production, transportation, storage, sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and encourage the people to report relevant illegal acts.
