What are the characteristics of Altun Mountain Nature Reserve?

Altun Mountain National Nature Reserve has the following characteristics:

3. The protected area has a cold, dry and windy climate with strong evaporation. There are no frost-free periods and four seasons all year round, only cold and warm.
