Which province is Hengshui from?

Hengshui is a city in Hebei. Hengshui City is adjacent to Cangzhou City and Dezhou City in Shandong Province in the east, Shijiazhuang City in the west, Xingtai City in the south and Baoding City and Cangzhou City in the north, with a total area of 88 15 square kilometers. Hengshui City is located in the alluvial plain of Hebei Province, with a gentle slope from southwest to northeast, with an altitude of 12m ~ 30m.

In summer, affected by the southerly airflow at the edge of the Pacific subtropical high, the tidal temperature is sultry and the precipitation is concentrated. Affected by the northwest monsoon in winter, the climate is dry and cold, with little rain and snow. Spring is dry and windy, and the temperature rises rapidly. Autumn is crisp, sunny and sometimes rainy.
