On February 4th, 65438, the reporter learned from Chengdu Traffic Management Bureau that in order to cope with heavy polluted weather and protect public health, according to the relevant regulations and requirements, the Traffic Management Bureau of Chengdu Public Security Bureau decided to start the temporary traffic management measures of yellow warning for heavy polluted weather from 0: 00 on February 5th, 2022.

Specific measures are as follows:

Jinniu district, Wuhou District, chenghua district, Longquanyi District, qingbaijiang district, Xindu District, and other urbanization management areas (hereinafter referred to as urbanization management areas of general management areas) such as Chengdu East New District, Xinjin District, jianyang city, Dujiangyan City, Pengzhou City, Qionglai City, chongzhou city, Jintang County, Dayi County and Pujiang County. On urban roads and urban expressways, it is forbidden to transport vehicles with construction waste (including engineering dregs) [except for new energy vehicles, vehicles with emission standards above national standard VI that provide protection for green benchmarking sites and emergency rescue projects] and vehicles that are easy to generate dust, such as gravel and bagged cement [except for new energy vehicles with closed container transportation and vehicles with emission standards above national standard VI (inclusive)]; Ready-mixed concrete transport vehicle, ready-mixed mortar transport vehicle and asphalt mixture transport vehicle [except for new energy vehicles and vehicles with national emission standards above VI (inclusive)].

From 6: 00 to 22: 00 on weekdays, gasoline vehicles and diesel vehicles (except special vehicles) with emission standards below national III are prohibited from driving on the roads within the Fourth Ring Road (Chengdu Ring Expressway G4202, excluding).

From 6: 00 to 22: 00 on weekdays, the regional roads within the Fourth Ring Road (Chengdu Ring Expressway G4202, excluding) will be restricted by the vehicle tail number, which will be restricted according to the last Arabic numeral tail number of the motor vehicle license plate (including temporary license plates). Namely: Monday suffix "1" and "6", Tuesday suffix "2" and "7"; Wednesday endings are "3" and "8"; Thursday ends with "4" and "9"; The tail numbers "5" and "0" are restricted on Friday. Public holidays are not restricted if they are changed into working days due to legal holidays.

Special vehicles are not restricted by the above traffic management measures:

Police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, vehicles for environmental monitoring and law enforcement, vehicles for urban management and law enforcement, and vehicles of the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force performing tasks;

New energy vehicles, buses, long-distance buses, taxis (except network car), school buses, tourist buses, special postal vehicles and cash trucks;

Special operation vehicles for sanitation, gardens and road maintenance, funeral vehicles for funeral homes;

Traffic vehicles with bus lane passes, landscaping vehicles with electronic access codes for freight vehicles, and three green engineering vehicles pulling fresh agricultural and sideline products;

Vehicles with embassy or consulate licenses and vehicles allowed to enter the country temporarily;

Other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.

The Chengdu Traffic Management Bureau reminds that during the period when temporary traffic management measures are taken in heavily polluted weather, other traffic management measures are still effective except for the implementation of this notice in Chengdu. Motor vehicle drivers should obey the command and management of traffic police. In violation of this circular, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall be punished according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and the cumulative score management of traffic violations shall be implemented.
