The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the Shanghai Garrison issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Military Training for Students in this Municipality in 2006, requiring that the content and time of military training should be adjusted when the red high temperature warning signal (above 35 degrees Celsius) occurs, and the training activities should be arranged before 10 in the morning and after 17 in the afternoon. In case of black high temperature warning signal (above 38 degrees Celsius), outdoor military training activities will be suspended.
