Is horoscope a science?

In fact, the ultimate goal of fortune telling is mainly to tell people which factors are beneficial to life and which factors are harmless to life. Then lean towards the positive side of life and avoid the negative side. Instead of just telling others about good luck and not knowing how to avoid it, this is not desirable.
