Where is Daocheng?

Daocheng is in Sichuan Province. Daocheng County is located in the southwest edge of Sichuan Province in China, south of Ganzi Prefecture. Located in the southeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, east of Hengduan Mountains. Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture belongs to Kangba Tibetan area. It takes one day to get on the bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station. First go west to Kangding, then west to xinduqiao, and south to Litang Daocheng.

Daocheng County spans 27 58'-29 30' north latitude, 99 56'-100 36' east longitude, with a length of 174 km from north to south and a width of 63 km from east to west. It is bordered by Jiulong County in the east, Xiangcheng County in the west, Litang County in the north, Muli Tibetan Autonomous County in the south and Yunnan in the southwest.

Daocheng has a plateau monsoon climate. Most of the year is sunny and sunny, rainy and foggy in summer and rainy in the afternoon. Even in rainy and snowy weather, it often lands at night.
