The full score of each individual item is 10 points, and the full score is 30 points. The sum of the scores of the three projects together with the candidate's process assessment scores will be included in the total score of the entrance examination.

Before starting the exam, you must remember to eat breakfast and ensure adequate sleep. In addition, the diet should be light. Before the exam, eat more fish, beef, eggs, lean meat, soy foods, vegetables, and fruits to ensure your body's protein and vitamin needs. On the day of the exam, it is enough to eat 70% to 80% full, and the food should be nutritious and easy to digest. You can supplement with an appropriate amount of glucose, American ginseng tablets, and two to three vitamin C tablets 30-40 minutes before the exam. This can improve glycogen metabolism and help improve sports performance. Candidates who take the exam in the afternoon need to take a half-hour lunch break to avoid premature fatigue during the afternoon exam.
