Established in 2000, our bureau is an administrative organization specializing in coal mine safety supervision. The State Administration of Work Safety implements vertical management, and consists of four regulatory sub-bureaus in eastern Shandong, central Shandong, western Shandong and southern Shandong, and two institutions directly under the service center and information computing center.

In strict accordance with a series of work arrangements made by superiors, and in close connection with the reality of coal mine safety production in our province, the vast number of coal mine safety supervisors have innovated their ideas and worked hard. They carried out in-depth activities of the year of hidden danger management, comprehensively implemented the 100-day special inspection action, actively constructed the "16-character work system" for comprehensive gas management, investigated and managed a large number of hidden dangers, effectively curbed the occurrence of serious accidents, and better fulfilled the duties of coal mine safety supervision.
