I. Chengdu-Batang
Climbing over two mountains with an altitude of more than 4000 meters in succession, is TA not so high?
The first stop from Chengdu is Ya 'an on the edge of Sichuan Basin. After eating the famous "pepper chicken" here, continue to drive west. After Erlang Mountain, the climate is completely different, and the snow-capped mountains are far away.
Moving on, we arrived at Luding by the Dadu River. The classic battle of "flying over Luding Bridge" happened here. Standing on a bridge paved with chains and two boards, a group of soldiers were strafed by enemy machine guns decades ago and climbed up the chains to lay boards for the troops behind them, which was of great significance.

In the first few days of entering the plateau, we should control the accommodation below 3000 meters above sea level and not overwork. Kangding is the best choice for the first stop.
After Kangding, the real challenge has just begun. The first thing I encountered was the first pass into Tibet, Zheduo Mountain at an altitude of 4,280 meters.
After taking the photo, the parking lot that was not so crowded just now was full of cars, and our car was caught in the middle. Fortunately, Chuanqi M8 has an electric sliding door, and CC quickly got into the car in the second row to keep warm.
After crossing Zheduo Mountain and xinduqiao, you reach Yajiang, the smallest county in China, with an area of less than 0.8 square kilometers. Although the city is small, it has a great reputation. Since ancient times, it has been an important ferry of Yalong River, and it is known as "the first crossing of the ancient tea-horse road".

Parking here is a technical job, with narrow roads and many cars, so it is a bit difficult to turn around. When we went to the hotel parking lot, we encountered a dilemma, and the parking space was extremely narrow. Fortunately, Chuanqi M8 has a 360-degree panoramic reversing image, otherwise it is really difficult to stop in.

The next trip is a great challenge for us. We are going to climb two high mountains with an altitude of more than 4000 meters. I wonder if Chuanqi M8 can take us through it smoothly. Through the Jianziwan Mountain Tunnel at an altitude of 4,200m, and then to the Kazilashan Mountain Pass at an altitude of 4718m, CC and I both experienced obvious discomfort, chest tightness and shortness of breath, so we quickly took a few breaths of oxygen to relieve it.
If we grade hyperreflexia, we all have moderate symptoms, then Chuanqi M8 can only be mild. The displacement of 2.0T is 5000m above sea level. Although there is a certain loss of power, it is definitely not in a "weak" state, and its performance is still good. Although we were both bored, Chuanqi M8 didn't hold back.

In Litang, Ding Zhen's hometown, we also found a Chuanqi M8 that entered Tibet. CC said, it seems that we are not the only ones who want to "lie down" and go to Tibet.
We chose Batang as the last night before entering Tibet, not only because it is the border of Sichuan and Tibet, but also because it is only 2500 meters above sea level, which is suitable for staying for one night to replenish our strength.
Two. Zuogong-Lhasa
It's a long way to Tibet, but fortunately, with TA, the sense of fatigue is swept away.
After crossing the Jinsha River Bridge and entering Tibet, all vehicles entering Tibet need to be inspected and their ID cards can be checked before they can pass.
After leaving Mangkang, we continued to take Panshan Road and entered the Lancang Grand Canyon. The relative drop of the Grand Canyon exceeds 1000 meters, and the river is turbulent. Here, we also began to appreciate the high altitude drop and dangerous side of G 365,438+08.
The weather on the plateau is changeable. One second it was sunny, and the next it rained like a note, which made people unprepared. In the face of sudden rain, the induction wiper of Chuanqi M8 plays a great role. After all, traffic accidents are common because of poor sight, especially on such a dangerous road.

Zuogong is 3750 meters above sea level, and the air is very cool, especially in the morning when the temperature is only five or six degrees. Chuanqi M8' s seat heating function has brought us great happiness. The section from Zuogong to Ranwu is not long, only 280 kilometers, but it is the most dangerous section of G3 18. After the Yela Mountain, it is the famous "Nujiang 72 Turn", which was also called "Despair 108 Turn" before, and the winding Panshan Highway is winding. CC and I originally wanted to count the number of turns, but this section of the road is too challenging for driving skills to take care of all kinds of road conditions.
Chuanqi M8 chassis is still very solid, with independent suspension at the front and rear. Bump and bounce of the road surface will be suppressed by suspension and tires, so the vibration transmitted to the chassis is very small, bringing a very stable feeling. Except that the engine is quiet and the tire noise is well isolated from the wind noise, there is no "buzzing" sound drum problem in the back row, which is inevitable for most MPV models. It seems that its high-strength body structure has brought a lot of credit.
Ranwu Lake, one of the headwaters of the Palong Zangbo River, finally flows into the Yarlung Zangbo River. Park the car by the lake, put down the second row of seats and lie on it, breathing the fresh air of Ranwu Lake. Chuanqi M8' s seat massage function sweeps away our fatigue.
After the most difficult section, we ushered in the essence of G3 18. From Ranwu to Bomi, the road is good, with asphalt pavement and few bends, and the scenery is gentle and beautiful, just like traveling through a fairyland.
Driving on such a road, I am afraid of missing every frame of scenery. Sitting in the second row and looking out from the skylight of Chuanqi M8 is really a different feeling.

With the music, I was a little hungry after crossing the "Tongmai Bridge". On the food map recommended by Xiaoqi, we found the famous local Motuo stone pot chicken. From Linzhi to Lhasa, take Linla Expressway, the whole journey is about 420 kilometers. This is also the only section of expressway since we set off from Kangding.
