Generally speaking, the daily maximum temperature is above 35℃, which is called high temperature weather. At this time, we should pay special attention to prevent high temperature disease, which is what we usually call heatstroke.

There are three main types of heatstroke:

The first type is heatstroke, which occurs in strong sunlight or sultry environment. It is heatstroke caused by excessive accumulation of heat in the body, which is characterized by high fever, no sweat and disturbance of consciousness. Heatstroke is most likely to attack the elderly, children, patients, alcoholics and young people who exercise vigorously for a long time under high temperature.

The second is to stay in a hot and humid place for a long time, sometimes suddenly turning blue, feeling headache, nausea, dizziness and convulsions, which is called febrile convulsion.

The third kind of heat exhaustion is caused by hot weather, lack of water and salt, which is usually manifested as fatigue, cold and pale skin, weak pulse, headache, dizziness, nausea, emotional anxiety and fainting.
