What if the weather is wet?
Open fewer doors and windows-try to open fewer doors and windows to reduce the entry of humid air from outside. In the rainy season, the humidity in the air may reach more than 90%, so it is necessary to open fewer doors and windows to ensure certain ventilation.
Dehumidifier-In humid climate, it is still necessary to equip with dehumidifier. When the air is too humid, the dehumidifier has a good dehumidification effect, which can reduce the absorption of water vapor by bedding furniture to a certain extent.
Mop the floor less and hide your clothes-mopping the floor is like sprinkling another layer of water on the ground and adding fuel to the fire. Wet weather should be more sloppy. If you want to mop the floor, use a dry mop. Clothes and quilts should be put into the wardrobe in time, and it is best to fold them, because they absorb water very well.
Desiccant-putting some desiccant indoors also has a certain effect. But if the air is too humid, this effect is not great.
five
Wipe frequently-wooden furniture, floors, etc. Wipe more. When the air is humid, water condenses into water droplets and then adheres to some indoor solids. Clean up these water droplets in time to reduce indoor humidity.
How to dehumidify in wet weather
1 quicklime absorbs moisture.
Buy some quicklime, wrap it in newspaper, and put it under the bed, next to the desk and stool of the cabinet, and around the room to dry the air in the room.
2 sawdust absorbs water.
Sprinkle some sawdust or chaff on the floor at home to absorb water and prevent pedestrians from slipping.
Wet things are put outdoors.
Raincoats, umbrellas and washed clothes wet by rain should be kept indoors as much as possible. In addition, it is best to put a mat at the door of the house, dry the soles when entering and leaving, and reduce indoor moisture.
In a room with small space, moisture absorbent can be used to reduce humidity. Commonly used hygroscopic agents are quicklime, charcoal and so on. The water absorption of quicklime is 1 kg, and the water absorption is 0.6 kg. When it absorbs moisture and becomes powder, it should be replaced in time to avoid water evaporation and powder flying. The water absorption of charcoal is 1 kg and 0.03 kg, which is worse than that of quicklime, but it can still be reused after drying.
More economical.
If possible, air conditioning equipment can be installed indoors to keep the indoor temperature and relative humidity within the standard range.
What should I do if the weather is too wet?
In areas where the weather is too humid, you can choose to ventilate when it is dry outside at noon. Air conditioning method-air conditioning can extract water vapor by blowing cold air in summer, and we can see the phenomenon of dripping water from outdoor condensation pipes. The air conditioner blowing hot air can't extract water vapor, but the indoor temperature rises and it doesn't feel so humid.
What if the weather is wet?
Every February and March, the weather gradually turns from cold to warm, which is a frequent period of resurgence weather. During this period, the problems that bother us come: the air is humid and sultry, the room is extremely humid, the floor, walls, ceiling, doors, closets, glass tea and so on are dripping everywhere, clothes can be wrung out after a day of air drying, and clothes and quilts feel wet.
What should we do in this resurgence weather?
How to dehumidify a room with moisture regain?
Principle of weather resurgence: the phenomenon of weather resurgence, also called resurgence, mainly occurs at the bottom of the room. There are two reasons for the warmer weather. In the first case, the cold air just left and the weather began to get warmer, but the surface temperature was still low. At this time, if the weather is humid and the relative humidity of the air is above 90%, the warm and humid outdoor airflow enters the room and meets the low temperature, smooth and non-absorbent ground, which will condense into water and gather on the floor and walls in large quantities, and then produce moisture regain or moisture regain, just like sweating. Once the climate turns fine and dry, the resurgence phenomenon can be eliminated. In the second case, the water in the foundation soil under the ground cushion rises due to capillary action, and the vaporous water permeates upward, which makes the ground material wet, and then deteriorates and makes the whole room wet. Usually, the rainy season when the weather turns warm at the turn of spring and summer is the first situation. Knowing the reason for the warmer weather, you will know how to dehumidify your home.
The solution is as follows:
1. When it is obvious that the weather is changing from cold to warm, please close all doors and windows immediately, and try not to turn on the exhaust fan except cooking, so as not to suck the humid air outside into the room.
Second, turn on the air conditioner to dehumidify. Use dehumidification equipment or refrigeration equipment to dehumidify the room. If the moisture regain is too strong, it is recommended to use a dehumidifier, and the effect will be better. It is particularly important to remember to close the doors and windows when turning on the air conditioner to promote dehumidification.
Third, use desiccant to absorb water and dehumidify. Commonly used domestic moisture absorbents include quicklime, charcoal and activated carbon. Especially quicklime, the water absorption effect is very good, but the disadvantage is that quicklime becomes hydrated lime after absorbing water and cannot be reused. The moisture absorption effect of charcoal is far less than that of quicklime, but it can be reused after drying. In addition, other desiccants with slightly higher cost include silica gel, calcium chloride, alumina gel, molecular sieve and phosphorus pentoxide. The use method is to wrap the desiccant in newspaper and put it around the room or under the bed when the weather gets warmer. If a small amount of sand is mixed into the desiccant to increase the permeability of the desiccant, the moisture absorption effect can be improved.
Fourth, put desiccant beside wardrobe, electrical appliances or valuables to keep clothes dry and prevent electrical appliances from short-circuiting due to humidity. If you find that there is no image on TV when the weather comes back, you don't have to panic. Turn on the TV for 5- 10 minutes and return to normal.
5. It is usually difficult to completely dehumidify the floor of a room after it has regained moisture. You can spread some newspapers, old books, etc. Put it on the floor to absorb water. If possible, you can also sprinkle some chaff or sawdust on the floor, which can not only absorb water and dehumidify, but also prevent slippery.
This is the result of years of experience, I hope I can help you.
The weather is wet, what should I do?
The air in "Back to Nantian" is humid, and the floor and walls are the most sensitive places to the weather at home. We should prepare the floor for "moisture-proof" in time!
1, properly open the window for ventilation.
In humid weather, many families close doors and windows for a long time to prevent water vapor from entering the room, thinking that as long as they are isolated from outdoor air, they can effectively prevent moisture. In fact, the most important period of moisture protection is in the morning and evening of every day, when the air humidity is the highest, and in the afternoon when the climate is relatively dry, we should briefly open the window for ventilation during this time, let the tiles bask in the sun for air, and accelerate the evaporation of water, so as to achieve the effect of dehumidification.
2, quicklime moistureproof
Quicklime can absorb the water vapor in the air and turn it into calcium hydroxide to keep the indoor air dry. You can buy 20-30 kg of quicklime, put it in a covered wooden box or carton, put it under the bed or in the corner of the house to help absorb the moisture in the air. Don't open the box cover when the weather is not too humid. Quicklime will melt after absorbing moisture, so it should be replaced in time.
3. Salt water mopping the floor
After the water is heated to a non-scalding temperature, add a small amount of salt and mix well, which can be used to mop the floor and prevent moisture. Soak the mop in hot salt water, wring it out as much as possible, and mop the floor clean. This is because the volatilization speed of liquid is related to temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the volatilization speed, and the warm water will naturally dry the floor quickly. Moreover, magnesium chloride and calcium chloride in table salt have strong water absorption, and become small particles after drying on the floor, which can keep the floor dry for a long time.
4. Wipe the floor with a dry cloth
Never open the window in wet weather after wiping the floor, or the floor will become wetter. Wipe it again with a dry cloth, and then dehumidify it with an air conditioner.
5. Go in and change shoes to prevent vapour band from entering the house.
Before entering the house, you should put on dry slippers or dry the moisture on the soles to avoid bringing water vapor into the house from the outside. At the same time, we should also maintain good personal habits at home, dry the soles of our shoes after going to the toilet and then enter the living room to keep the tiles dry at any time.
6. The door is covered with waste newspapers.
When "Returning to the South" strikes, you can kill two birds with one stone by not only closing the windows at home, but also laying waste newspapers on the floor of the "moisture entrance" such as the gate, bathroom and kitchen door. After the old newspaper is very wet, we can rub it and use it as a rag, which is particularly absorbent.
