Wuyue information

Wuyue Mountain is the collective name of the five famous mountains in China. They are centered on the Central Plains of China and belong to five mountains, namely, east, south, west, north and middle. Since ancient times, it has a high reputation, and there is a saying that "the five mountains return without looking at the mountains."

It is said that the name of the Five Mountains can be traced back to the Yao and Shun period, when Yao and Shun ordered his four sons to manage the Five Mountains. At that time, "April" was the title of an official in charge of Fang Yue. When the emperor visited the inauguration ceremony, the official in charge of Fang Yue chose a high mountain at the station and set fire to send a signal to summon the prince. As a result, the first few signal mountains became the capital of Yueguan. During the Shun period, the appellation of Yueguan began to be unified with the names of these famous mountains. Up to now, as a system, it began in the time of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and it was not until Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty that the five mountains were defined as: Dongyue-Taishan in Shandong, Xiyue-Huashan in Shaanxi, Zhongyue in Henan, Nanyue-Tianzhu Mountain in Anhui and Beiyue-Damaoshan in Hebei. Later, Nanyue in Sui Dynasty was changed to Hengshan in Hunan, Beiyue was changed to Hengshan in Shanxi in Ming Dynasty, and finally became the five mountains today.
