At present, it seems that only monks can do this, so secular desires are really important to people, not to say that they can quit if they want to.

If you want to be happy, then you need to give up lust and desire. Then, after all the river basins have been abandoned recently, people are particularly happy, because they have nothing to want and no other ideas, so they are particularly happy. In this way, people are happy.
