What if HTC noe x weather plug-in wifi is not updated?

1) Make sure that all other internet software works normally after the mobile phone turns on WLAN.

2) Delete weather plug-in, and then add the weather clock plug-in again.

3) Connect to other WLAN to see if you can update the weather.

4) If other WLAN can update the weather, the weather server and HTC Sense weather program are normal. Please check the router settings in your home to see if any ports are blocked or restricted, and consider resetting the router.

5) If other WLANs can't update the weather, there may be a problem with the protocol updated by the weather server WLAN, and try to update it in a few days.

6) If the mobile phone still cannot update the weather through WLAN after a few days, please back up the data of the mobile phone, restore the factory settings of the mobile phone and try again.
