Is the elephant a weatherman?

The elephant received four weathermen, namely bees, turtles, frogs and small fish. These animals can predict the weather-bees leave late and return early, which means it's going to rain.

The turtle's back is sweaty, and it's going to rain soon. Frogs croak before it rains in summer. Before it rains, the water is stuffy and small fish will swim to the surface.
