What color is the highest warning signal in China?

In 2007, China Meteorological Bureau issued Decree No.9 of 2007. 16, Measures for Issuance and Dissemination of Meteorological Disaster Warning Signals, a total of 18, specifies various meteorological disaster warning signals.

The level of early warning signals is generally divided into four levels according to the degree of harm, urgency and development trend that meteorological disasters may cause: level IV (general), level III (heavier), level II (severe) and level I (particularly serious), which are indicated by blue, yellow, orange and red in turn and marked in Chinese and English.

Red alert:

Rainstorm in red warning signal: within 3 hours, the rainfall will reach 100 mm or above 100 mm and the rainfall may continue.

Typhoon red warning signal: It may or may have been affected by tropical cyclones within 6 hours, with the average wind force 12 or gust 14 above along the coast or land, and it may continue.

Thunderstorm and gale red warning signal: It may be affected by thunderstorm and gale within 2 hours, with the average wind force reaching above 10, or the gust 1 1 above, accompanied by strong lightning; Or have been affected by thunderstorms and strong winds, the average wind force 10- 1 1, or gust112 accompanied by strong lightning, and may continue.
