What grades do people divide the wind into, and how are they stipulated?

According to the national standard Wind Power Generation Grade issued in June 20 12, the wind power is divided into 18 grades.

The lowest level is 0 and the highest level is 17.

Usually, the magnitude of wind power is expressed by wind power. The unit of wind speed is meters per second or kilometers per hour. When releasing the weather forecast, most of them use the wind level.
