The address is located at about150m southeast of the intersection of Heping Road and Tianjin Road in Zhangdian District, Zibo.

Opening hours at night: every Friday and Saturday 19: 30 ~ 20: 00, and during the day: every Saturday and Sunday at 9: 30 ~10: 0015: 30 ~16: 00, depending on the passenger flow from Monday to Friday.

When the music fountain is open, there are a lot of vehicles and people on the surrounding roads.
