Parcels collect storage fees indiscriminately.

This is really hard to say. See where the charge is. If you live in a residential area and the property fails to inform you in time, you can ask the property to pay this fee. If you live in a mailbox, it is usually delivered to the mailbox. Unless your mailbox is broken, you can ask to see their supervisor and then ask for a reduction in this storage fee. You must have a tough attitude and reasons, or you will really pay the price.

You can look at the following information.

First, the number of days of overdue storage fees and the charging standards are mainly informed by posting various sub-chapters.

Different post offices have different charging standards at different times. In order to avoid overdue charges for parcels, the delivery office will generally stamp a responsibility stamp on the parcel notice, mainly to tell customers that the parcel can be kept in the post office for free for a few days and how to charge after a few days. Because the secondary seal is engraved by each bureau, the content is varied, and the size, color, shape and richness of the seal are different. The following are some stamp types around the world after 1990.

1, "three-day overdue charge", 55mm× 10mm (Figure 1). There is no bureau name, and I don't know how to charge.

2. "Come to the bureau within seven days to collect overdue fees according to regulations", 50mm× 15mm (Figure 2). Without the name of the bureau, I don't know how to charge.

3. "Please pick it up at the Bell Tower Branch for more than seven days, with a daily charge of one yuan", 65mm× 18mm (Figure 3).

4. "20 cents a day for more than five days and 50 cents a day for the tenth day", 60mm×20mm (Figure 4).

5. "The post office will keep the parcel to be received for five days free of charge, and the daily storage fee will be 0.50 yuan from the sixth day", 48mm×20mm, which is the upper and lower squares (Figure 5).

6. "Please collect the local parcels in the business hall of Posts and Telecommunications Building, and charge a storage fee of 0.50 yuan every day from 6 days if it exceeds 5 days", 42mm×25mm (Figure 6).

7. "If the fault exceeds three days, the storage fee will be charged at 30 cents per day from the fourth day and 70 cents per day from the eighth day", 55mm×20mm (Figure 7).

8. "Please bring your ID card to Chuiyangliu Post Office to collect the storage fee of 1.5 yuan for more than two days", 52mm×24mm (Figure 8).

9. "Please pick up civil parcels quickly, and charge 0.50 yuan 1.50 yuan Yongding Road Post Office every day after seven days for commercial parcels", 75mm× 16mm (Figure 9).

10, "go to the post office as soon as you receive it. If you don't take it for more than three days, it will be 0.20 yuan per piece every day from the fourth day and 0.50 yuan per piece every day from the eighth day. Jiefang Road Post and Telecommunications Sub-office ",60mm×40mm (Figure 10).

1 1, "The storage fee for overdue parcels is 4-7 days, and if it exceeds 7 days, the daily fee will be 20 points, and 50 points will be overcharged", in which the word "parcel" is a typo, 30mm×25mm (Figure 1 1).

There are many stamps on it, too numerous to mention.

Second, the collection method of overdue storage fees.

1, paste equivalent stamps.

After calculating the overdue storage fee charged according to the regulations, determine the amount, and then affix the equivalent seal and stamp it with the date stamp for cancellation, as shown in figure 12. The parcel was notified to the recipient on March 7, 2000, and the recipient came to collect it before March 27, 2000 for eleven days. According to the notice of the vice stamp, "from the fourth day, it will be 0.20 yuan per stamp, and from the eighth day, it will be 0.50 yuan per stamp". There is a salesperson's calculation formula on the document, which is concise and clear, and it is concluded that the overdue storage fee of this package should be 2.80 yuan, which meets the specified requirements.

2. Handwritten amount

It is illegal to indicate the amount of overdue storage fee by hand without stamping the equivalent seal, as shown in figure 13, the same below. The parcel receipt 1990. 1.27 informs the recipient that it takes five days for the recipient 1990. 1 to collect it, three of which are free, and 0.40 yuan will be charged for two days overdue. The calculation is correct, but the corresponding stamps are not affixed.

3. Paste the specially printed certificate.

Jiangsu Nanjing Post Office specially printed a certificate of overdue storage fee equivalent to the amount of stamps, and posted it on the parcel for cancellation. According to the regulations, this is also illegal, but this practice is rare (Figure 14).

3. Overcharging or underpaying overdue storage fees.

In the actual operation process, it is inevitable that there will be mistakes in the calculation of overdue storage fees, some of which are correct, but more or less wrong stamps will be affixed, and there will be cases of overcharge or undercharge.

1, the phenomenon of underpaying the overdue storage fee (Figure 15).

The parcel receipt 1990.3.24 informs the recipient, and the recipient 1990.4. 1 picks it up. It takes nine days from notification to collection, of which three days are free, 0.20 yuan per day for four to seven days and 0.80 yuan per day for eight to nine days. It seems that the clerk is still very serious.

2. Overcharging the overdue storage fee (Figure 16).

The operator wrote 2.30 yuan in the storage fee column of the document, but posted a stamp of 3.30 yuan. Obviously, it overcharged 1 yuan, perhaps the salesperson posted more stamps of 1 yuan.

Fourth, the special treatment of overdue storage fees.

The post office will also take some special measures to deal with different situations that may arise. If it is found that the post office is responsible, the storage fee shall be exempted, and no overdue fee shall be charged for the packages that have been changed or returned during the storage period of the original delivery office. We can see some clues from the following documents.

At 1, the salesperson handwritten and stamped "The mail should be delivered to the user later than 1 1.3, and the storage fee is exempted", indicating that the parcel delivery time was delayed due to weather and was caused by the post office (Figure 17).

2. The salesperson handwritten and stamped with the private seal "Because the recipient went out for a holiday, others collected the parcel, and the overdue fee was exempted", indicating that the recipient had encountered special circumstances and the post office had also made special treatment (Figure 18).

There is no storage fee for the returned parcel. 200 1.3.24 was sent to Jintan, Jiangsu Province, and arrived in Jintan on 200 1.3.29, and returned to Jiangdu, Jintan on 200 1.3.30, and returned to the sender on 200 1.4.5 (Figure 19

There are many ways to calculate, collect and deal with the overdue storage fee of parcels. What I have collected and introduced is only the tip of the iceberg. Please add it to your teacher friend.
