In order to ensure the safety of flood discharge in Daqing River, Tianjin Water Affairs Bureau, together with Jinghai and Xiqing Districts, organized 7880 people and 405 sets of machinery and equipment to work around the clock, accelerated the implementation of the emergency rescue project in the flood storage and detention area of TEPCO, and heightened and reinforced the banks of Daqing River, Ziya River and Zhuotou Canal around the flood storage and detention area of TEPCO, thus enhancing the defense capability of the flood storage and detention area and ensuring the flood discharge safety of the flood storage and detention area.
