The steps to open the HuaXiaoZhu heat map are as follows:

1. Open the HuaXiaoZhu APP and click the "Map" icon on the homepage.

2. In the map page, find and click the "Heat Map" option at the bottom.

3. The heat map will be automatically loaded and thermal areas of different colors will be displayed on the map to represent the temperature differences in different regions.

4. You can also use your mouse or finger to zoom and drag on the map to view weather information for more areas.
