Pingyang County, Zhejiang Province, alias Hengyang, is a county under the jurisdiction of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Located on the southern coast of Zhejiang, it is adjacent to the East China Sea in the east, Cangnan in the south, Wencheng and Taishun in the west and Ruian in the north. The land area of the county is 105 1 km2, and the sea area is 37,000 km2. Jurisdiction 14 town and 2 townships (by the end of 2022), with a permanent population of 865,900 (by the end of 2022).

Pingyang, located in the southeast coast of Zhejiang, belongs to the mid-subtropical maritime monsoon climate zone.
