What are the terms for weather forecasts?

In weather forecasts, the forecast terms "sunny", "slightly cloudy", "cloudy" and "overcast" have specific meanings. Our country's meteorological department stipulates these terms as follows:

The sky is cloudless or there are scattered clouds, but the cloud cover is less than 1/10 of the sky area. It is called "clear". Sometimes there are very thin clouds in the sky. High clouds, but those that allow sunlight to pass through are also called "clear".

The situation where the amount of medium and low clouds accounts for 1/10 to 3/10 of the sky area or the amount of high clouds accounts for 4/10 to 5/10 of the sky area is called "little cloud".

A situation where medium or low cloud cover accounts for 4/10 to 7/10 of the sky area or high cloud cover accounts for 6/10 to 10/10 of the sky area is called "cloudy". Any medium or low cloud cover that accounts for 8/10 or more of the sky area, and the sunlight cannot or rarely penetrates the clouds, is called "overcast".
