Taizhou, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, is one of the central cities in the Yangtze River Delta and a third-tier city.

Located in the middle of Jiangsu Province, it borders the Yangtze River in the south, Yancheng in the north, Nantong in the east and Yangzhou in the west, with a total area of 5,787.98 square kilometers.
