Cultivated land area is 6.5438+0.34 million mu. The provincial Nandagang Wetland and Bird Nature Reserve is 65438+6000 hectares. The main agricultural products are winter wheat, cotton, corn, soybeans, vegetables, fruits and reeds. Because the groundwater near Bohai Sea in this area used to be scarce, and most of this area is saline-alkali land, there is almost no irrigated land in this area, and the harvest of all crops depends largely on the weather.

Aquaculture in our region is relatively developed, including chickens, pigs, sheep and foxes. There are 138 sow farmers in our district. At present, it can breed 2,464 sows, with an annual output of more than 3,000 pigs. The population of this area is 47,000, and the number of employees is nearly10.5 million, among which Han nationality accounts for 99.6%, and ethnic minorities include Hui nationality and Manchu nationality.
