Pingyang County belongs to Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

Pingyang county is located between 27 21ˊ ~ 27 46 ˊ north latitude and120 24 ˊ ~12108 ˊ east longitude. It is located in the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province, bordering the East China Sea in the east and the South.
