What is the appropriate tire pressure in winter?

The tire pressure in winter is 2.2 to 2.4 bar.

1. According to the provisions and requirements of international GBT2978-2008 standard: standard tire: 2.4 to 2.5 bar, reinforced tire: 2.8 to 2.9 bar, and the maximum atmospheric pressure shall not exceed 3.5 bar.

2. Winter: based on the standard air pressure of automobile tires, moderately increase by about 0.2bar, and summer: according to the minimum standard air pressure of automobile tires.

Tire pressure monitoring method

1. Direct tire pressure monitoring: a direct tire pressure monitoring device, which directly detects tire pressure through a pressure sensor installed in each tire, transmits tire pressure information inside the tire to a central signal receiving module through a wireless transmitter, and then displays the tire pressure information of each tire. When the tire pressure is too low or leaks, the system will automatically give an alarm.

2. Indirect tire pressure monitoring: The main working principle of indirect tire pressure monitoring is that when the tire pressure decreases, the rolling radius of the wheel will decrease due to the weight of the vehicle, resulting in its rotating speed being faster than other wheels. By comparing the speed difference between tires, tire pressure can be monitored. Indirect tire alarm equipment actually monitors air pressure data by calculating tire rolling radius.

3. Introduction of tire intelligent monitoring system TPMS: It has the characteristics of the above two systems. It is equipped with a direct sensor and a four-wheel indirect system in two diagonally opposite tires. Compared with all direct systems, this composite system can save cost and get rid of the disadvantage that indirect systems can't detect the low pressure of multiple tires at the same time.
