Where does Balang Mountain belong in Sichuan?

Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. Balang Mountain, also known as "Colorful Mountain", is located between Wolong Nature Reserve and Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area. Balang Mountain is 5040 meters above sea level, and it is called Balangla in Tibetan, which means Liu Shengshan. The mountains above 4000 meters above sea level in the scenic area are frozen and weathered, with steep and rugged mountains, bare rocks and endless dangers.

Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture is an autonomous prefecture under the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province, located on the southeast edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and in the northwest of Sichuan Province. It borders Gansu and Qinghai in the north and northwest, Mianyang, Deyang and Chengdu in the east and southeast, Ya 'an in the south and southwest, and Ganzi in the west. The main streams of Minjiang River and Dadu River, the largest tributaries of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, run through the whole territory, with abundant water, large natural gap and abundant hydropower resources. There are more than 530 rivers in Quanzhou, with an average total water resources of 44.6 billion cubic meters for many years.
