The weather information displayed in the drop-down notification center list belongs to the jurisdiction of the notification center. If it is not open, it will not be displayed. Here I take the latest iOS8 system as an example, and click the "Edit" option at the bottom of the drop-down notification center list.
If you find that the "View Today" option is not at the top, please click the+button on the left to add it, as shown in the figure.
After adding it, if there is no accident, you should be able to see the weather information of the notification center.
For the iOS7 system, please find the "Notification Center" option in the settings, click Enter, and then check whether "Today View" is turned on.
This method focuses on the "Today View" option, because the weather information of the notification center is included in it.
