Understanding of weather symbols

The weather forecast predicts temperature, zero degree and zero point as follows:

1, the weather forecast is below zero, which means adding a minus sign before the temperature figure. This minus sign "-"is also called minus sign, which is used to indicate the zero degree of temperature.

2, the weather forecast is zero, which is to look at the temperature figures. No (minus sign) indicates that the temperature is above zero.
