Sheng Xing Residential Project South of Tianjin Eco-city 05-08-02-0/plot Sheng Xing Residential Project is located at the intersection of Hefeng Road and He Yun Road, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city, Hangu District, Tianjin 05-08-02-0/plot Kloc-0/. 1, material preparation
Thermal insulation materials shall meet the specified quality requirements. After the thermal insulation main materials are transported to the construction site, relevant certificates and factory inspection reports shall be provided. 2. Technical preparation
Before construction, you should know the design documents and drawings, master the detailed structure and related technical requirements in construction, and make technical disclosure.
3, basic insulation inspection and acceptance

If the external wall base meets the requirements, the following inspection shall be carried out for the external wall base, and the insulation construction can be carried out only after it meets the requirements.
3.2 The surface of external wall thermal insulation base shall be smooth and firm, clean and dry, and meet the design requirements. Cement mortar leveling shall not be crisp, sand, peeling and empty drum.
3.3 The external wall insulation base must be clean, dry and smooth, and the flatness of the leveling layer should be gradual.
3.4 Before construction, doors and windows should pass the acceptance, and the size and position of the hole should meet the design and quality requirements. Door and window frames or attached frames, various pipes, downpipe supports, embedded parts and other parts shall be installed. And according to the requirements of thermal insulation system, the thickness of thermal insulation layer is reserved. The gap between the door window frame and the wall should be filled with foamed polyurethane.
3.5 Phenolic foam board should be coated with interface treatment agent before the upper wall, and the dosage of interface treatment agent is 0.5 ~ 1.0 kg/㎡. After the surface of the interface treatment agent is dried, the insulation board can be laid.

2. 1 Apply adhesive
Daubing method: using the point-and-frame bonding method, daub a circle of stirred adhesive around the board surface with a width of 50mm, and evenly daub 5-6 points in the center of the board surface to ensure that the pasting area is not less than 50%.
2.2 cardboard
Stick the glue board directly on the wall and gently rub it left and right. The polystyrene board should be pasted flat. The arrangement of plates is from bottom to top, with vertical staggered joints and angles, and the plates should be close to each other. When installing insulation board on the vertical plane, measure and set out from the wall foundation and solid permanent or temporary support, and hang the baseline.
2.3 Fill the flat seam and grind it flat.
When sticking plates, the plate joints should be squeezed tightly, and the adjacent plates should be flush, the gap between plates should not be greater than 5mm, and the height between plates should not be greater than 2 mm, otherwise the polystyrene plates should be filled and polished flat. Defects on the surface of polystyrene board and gaps larger than 5㎜ between boards during pasting must be filled with polystyrene board.
If there is dislocation between polystyrene boards with different heights, it should be polished and leveled at least 24 hours after sticking polystyrene boards. After grinding, the board surface should be cleaned.
Note: Before polishing polystyrene board, make sure that the bonding putty and polystyrene board have formed a firm bond.
2.4 Preparation of Plastering Slurry
Pour gypsum slurry dry powder into a clean container, add a certain proportion of water according to product requirements, and use it after mechanical stirring. It is not advisable to mix too much at a time, but use it while mixing.
2.5 Composite construction (plastering mortar and pressing alkali-resistant grid cloth)
Composite construction is the construction of thin plastering reinforced protective layer composed of plastering mortar and alkali-resistant grid cloth.
Firstly, the plastering paste is evenly spread on the bonded insulation board with a spatula, the thickness is about 2㎜, and the width is slightly larger than the alkali-resistant grid cloth; Then immediately spread the alkali-resistant grid cloth on the newly plastered gypsum and compact it with a spatula to make it adhere smoothly; Apply plastering mortar evenly on alkali-resistant grid cloth with spatula again. The spatula should be wiped from the middle to both sides, so that the alkali-resistant grid cloth is flat and firmly embedded in the plastering mortar, and all the grid cloth is embedded in the wet mortar, and there can be no network cable exposed. Finally, a reinforced protective layer with a thickness of 3 ~ 5 mm is formed by compounding.
3 construction points

2.2 The elastic control line shall meet the following requirements:

2.3 The preparation of adhesive shall meet the following requirements:

2.3.2 According to the requirements of the product manual, let the prepared adhesive stand for a certain period of time, and then use it after stirring. The prepared adhesive should be used up within the specified time.
2.4 pasting FPF board shall meet the following requirements:
2.4. 1 Before pasting, determine the specifications and quantity of special-shaped plates.
2.4.2 Use a special cutting tool to cut the FPF board on site, but it must be noted that the incision is perpendicular to the board surface.
2.4.3 Bonding shall be carried out in sections, and sufficient fireproof spacing shall be maintained.
2.4.4 It should be pasted horizontally from bottom to top. The vertical staggered joints of the upper and lower rows should be 1/2 of the plate length, and the minimum staggered joint size should not be.
Less than 200 mm. Corners should be staggered and interlocked. The insulation boards at the four corners of doors, windows and holes shall be cut and formed by a whole board, and shall not be spliced. The distance between the joint and the four corners of the hole shall not be less than 200mm.
2.4.5 The gaps between plates shall be filled with polyurethane foam.
2.5. The anchoring bolts shall be fixed at least 24 hours after the FPF plate is pasted. When the anchor bolt is fixed, its specification, quantity, position, anchoring depth and drawing force should meet the design requirements.
2.6. Protective layer construction shall meet the following requirements:

2.6.2 On the surface of FPF board, coat a layer of primer with an area slightly larger than that of mesh cloth. Immediately put the grid cloth on it, put the curved side inward, and smooth it with a trowel from the middle to the surrounding to make it close to the surface of the bottom plastering paste.
2.6.3 Before the bottom plastering mortar condenses, cover the surface with plastering mortar. Intermittent construction should be naturally disconnected at deformation joints, yin and yang angles and platform pick-ups. , in order to facilitate the subsequent construction lap. If it is necessary to pause on the continuous wall, the surface cement cannot completely cover the laid grid cloth, and it should be stepped with the grid cloth and the underlying mortar, and the stubble spacing should not be less than 150mm, so as to avoid the grid cloth overlapping flatness exceeding the deviation.
2.6.4 The protective layer structure shall meet the requirements of the protective layer structure of the thermal insulation system at the corner of the wall, around the openings of doors and windows, the first floor of the building and other vulnerable parts.

The sealing and waterproof structure design of the external wall thermal insulation project should ensure that water will not penetrate into the thermal insulation layer and the base, and the important parts should have detailed drawings. Horizontal or inclined overhanging parts and parts extending below the ground shall be waterproof. Equipment or pipes installed on the external thermal insulation system of the external wall shall be fixed on the base, sealed and waterproof.

A. the FPF plate thickness of the wall around the door and window openings should not be less than 25mm.
B FPF plates at the four corners of doors and windows shall be cut and formed as a whole when laid, and there shall be no splicing phenomenon. The distance between the joint of the plate and the corner of the hole shall not be less than 200mm;

5. When sticking FPF board, the bonding area ratio between building insulation board and contact wall below 7 floors should not be less than 50%; The bonding area ratio between insulation board and contact wall of 7-storey and above buildings should not be less than 70%, and the building practices are consistent.
6.FPF board should be pasted from bottom to top, and aluminum alloy bracket should be set at the starting point of the first floor. The selection and setting of anchor bolts are determined according to the calculation of negative wind pressure when anchor bolts are assisted in fixing.
7. Before plastering mortar construction, anchor bolts shall be drilled and installed on the board surface according to the specified number and position.
8. The thin plastering external thermal insulation system shall be waterproof and thermal insulation at the deformation joints of buildings, and its thermal insulation structure (see attached figure) shall meet the following requirements:
Deformation joints should be filled with low-density EPS board; The deformation joint should be wrapped, and the width of the wrap should not be less than100 mm.

5 In the process of construction, keep abreast of the weather forecast, prepare rainproof colored strips and take rainproof measures. Outdoor construction requires that the temperature should not be lower than 5℃, and the construction should be carried out in the weather without rain and fog. 6. After the completion of thermal insulation products, organize acceptance as soon as possible. After passing the inspection, hidden records and quality acceptance records must be filled in and delivered to the subsequent construction to prevent the insulation layer from being damaged.
When the project department plans to arrange, it is forbidden to cross construction; If the insulation layer is damaged due to special circumstances, the project department should be informed first.
Management personnel shall make statistics, make timely maintenance and make visa and maintenance records, and the construction of the next working procedure can be carried out only after maintenance. Avoid damaging the insulation layer.
The surface of thermal insulation products, such as mortar or other dirt, should be cleaned up in time.
Temporary protection measures should be taken for the entrance, external corner and other parts that may cause damage to thermal insulation products in subsequent construction. Each structural layer of thermal insulation system should be protected from water immersion, impact and vibration before curing. If there is any damage, it should inform the insulation team, and make visa and maintenance records in time to avoid potential quality problems.
