How is a lot of acne on the forehead? How is the prickly heat on the forehead?

1 It may be because of the high temperature and sweating in summer, many people leave seawater on their foreheads, which hinders the evaporation of sweat. The cuticle of the forehead is soaked in sweat for a long time, which leads to the narrowing or blockage of the sweat duct opening. After the sweat in the sweat tube stays, it breaks due to the increase of internal pressure, and the spilled sweat penetrates and stimulates the surrounding tissues, so there will be a pimple in the sweat hole, which is what we often call miliaria.

According to the different parts of sweat duct injury and sweat overflow, it can be divided into the following types clinically:

Crystalline miliaria, also known as miliaria, is caused by sweat overflowing in or under the stratum corneum. Skin lesions are superficial small blisters from the tip of a needle to the size of a needle, with thin and clear walls, no redness around them, easy to break when gently rubbed, and leaving small scales after drying. Self-limiting, generally without conscious symptoms.

It is common in patients with high fever, excessive sweating, long-term bed rest and excessive weakness.

Red prickly heat, also known as red prickly heat, is caused by sweat overflowing from the sweat tube of the spinous layer. Acute onset, skin lesions are round, needle-like dense papules or papules in batches, with slight redness and swelling around. There was slight desquamation after the skin lesion subsided. Consciously mild burning sensation and itching.

Pustular miliaria is also called pustular miliaria. Mostly developed from red prickly heat. The lesions are dense papules with superficial pustules the size of needles at the top. Pustules are usually sterile or non-pathogenic cocci.

Deep heat rash, also known as deep heat rash, is caused by sweat spilling over the upper dermis, especially at the junction of dermis and epidermis. Skin lesions are dense skin blisters with clear contents, which are not easy to be scratched. They increase when sweating and shrink when not sweating.

When the rash occurs widely, the sweating of the whole body decreases or there is no sweating, and the sweating of the face, armpits and hands and feet increases, which can cause tropical sweating failure or heat failure, and patients may have symptoms such as general weakness, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.

Common in patients with severe recurrent red prickly heat.

It may be eczema. Eczema is caused by many internal and external factors, and it is an inflammatory reaction of the skin with severe itching. At first, the lesions were mostly dense miliary papules, papules or vesicles, and the basal flushing gradually merged into pieces.

The result of scratching is that papules, papules or blisters are scratched at the top, showing obvious punctate exudation and small pus surface with unclear edges. If secondary infection, inflammation is more obvious, can form pustules, pus scabs, folliculitis, furuncle and so on. Consciously severe itching.

It is common in the head, behind the ear, distal limbs, scrotum, perianal region and so on. , and symmetrically distributed.

It may be closed acne, also known as white-headed acne, which is a chronic skin disease that occurs in sebaceous glands of hair follicles, mostly caused by pore blockage. Typical lesions are skin papules with a size of about 65438±0mm, and there is no obvious hair follicle opening. It is a white keratin papule formed by the accumulation and blockage of stratum corneum cells in the funnel of hair follicle, which is full of keratin and sebum.

It usually occurs in the face, forehead or neck, generally symmetrically distributed, with an indefinite number on both sides, and no conscious symptoms. When the weather is hot and the oil secretion is strong, closed acne will increase, and even congestion and pus will occur.
