Third, inferior ink can not be used in the environmental temperature range of 0-40℃ required by the national standard. Ink will flow when it is hot, but it won't write when it is cold.

Fourth, improper use, the wrong posture and angle of holding the pen lead to the inability to write normally.

First, the solution after the pen fell to the ground

Check the nib for balls. If not, take out the pen that has run out of oil before, take it out with tweezers and other tools, and put it on the nib. For the same treatment of broken nib, just replace the used good nib.

Second, the solution for long-term storage without discharging oil.

Heat the pen tube in hot water for 3~5 minutes, then take it out and throw the pen tip down forcefully; Or use a lighter to heat the nib; Or replace it with a used good pen tip; Blow air from the back of the pen, or let the pen and ink enter a section of air.

Third, poor quality ink solutions

Keep it within the feasible temperature range, and don't buy this brand next time.

Fourth, improper use of the solution leads to no oil production.

The standard writing angle is required to be 47 degrees, but inferior nib or inferior ink can only be written vertically, so it is difficult to write or not to write when the pen is slightly tilted.

Gel pen will not run out of oil, it is nothing more than a problem with the nib or the pen and ink itself. The ball and nib can be replaced, and the pen and ink can be heated. If it really doesn't work, you can only change the refill. Look for high-quality brands, pay attention to use them at ordinary times, don't drop them on the ground, and don't place them at low temperature.
