In our daily life, there is such an experience that when we want to do it manually, we don't realize how the body moves, which is unconscious and conscious. To be conscious, you need to practice. How to practice? At first I couldn't control my body with God. Then focus on the waist. In the Song Dynasty, the waist was the first master, and Dantian was the first guest assistant. Accumulate essence, stop at Dante, meet Danting, smart and unpredictable, brave and invincible, which is the treasure of Inner Dan and the foundation of strength. Therefore, qi is invisible, belongs to yang, and turns into god; Blood is qualitative, belongs to yin and turns into essence. God is weak, so the spirit is unpredictable and changeable; Exquisite, so full of cohesion and hardness. God must borrow essence, essence must be attached to God, spirit is one, and strength is the success. Husband is a man who knows strength, that is, spirit can overcome everything. Without spirit, there is no strength. With such weapons, we should concentrate on our work and strengthen our strength. But I don't know why the spirit gathers and why God gathers. This is a lifelong effort, and I am at a loss. I'm not sure if God will meet with anger and concentrate. If you want to concentrate to perfection, you can't do it without gathering anger. The way to gather gas is to collect a pinch of grain and a jade stem, so that the next gas can rise to the top without going down. Take the breath of heaven and earth, try your best to suck it, and let the breath of the world go down, not up. Cohesion from top to bottom, reunion in the palace, gas gathering and fine coagulation, fine coagulation and spirit, naturally from the inside out, everywhere difficult. That is, the inner spirit of the so-called Lin Nan boys and girls. However, if you practice on weekdays and take root early, you can use it in the present and be impregnable. Otherwise, there is no nitrate in the gun, no arrow in the crossbow, and nothing to send. If you want to be brave and fast, you can't do it. Those who practice the most closely, please keep it a secret, don't let it out in vain, so as not to be condemned by God.
Here's a brief explanation. God is the bright part of Qi, and it is an internal life activity for people to transform Qi with innate God. When it is full of qi, it will turn into essence. The training the day after tomorrow is "concentrating body fluid, refining qi and refining spirit". First refined with body fluid, and then refined into gas. Finally turn it into a god. Only when the spirit is condensed can there be strength. Power means that the spirit can act on things. Only by concentrating can strength be strong. There are ways to get together and ways to get together, but I don't know how to get together. The method is: abdominal breathing, inhalation, anal contraction, penis inward, downward gathering the qi of heaven, up and down gathering to the middle palace. Concentrate on practicing this method, and it is most important to practice qi and shape. Take care of it, Qian Qian. Never let it out, or God will punish you.
Ji is the pinch that Zhou said, and the jade stem is the front yin and the back yin. In fact, the key lies in the perineum. The ancients could not have studied it so carefully. Only a few books mention "lifting the moon (that is, perineum)" Therefore, Yan Naizhou has never made it clear how to gather qi and combine it with the waist. Although folk qigong mentioned "the combination of Maeda and Houda", it didn't say how to combine them. (Wushu Qigong has the theory of five fields and one field, namely Ueda single field, Nakata single field, Shimoda single field, Maeda single field and Houtian single field. The navel is called Zhong Dantian, Shang Dantian, Qian Dantian and Hou Dantian. "Combining the qi of the day before yesterday with the qi of the day after tomorrow" does not mean "changing the former weather into the latter weather", but refers to combining the qi of the former Dantian with the qi of the latter Dantian. )
The straight leg sitting relaxation method makes this point very clear. What the ancients said was not comprehensive and profound, but it was regarded as a treasure, "keep it secret, don't reveal it." The relaxation method of straight leg sitting not only fully inherits the things of the ancients, but also becomes more perfect and systematic. Therefore, comrades must pay attention from the heart. Most people don't have much time to contact Qigong and Wushu, so they don't know its importance or what kind of treasure it is. And some people who have practiced kung fu, because they know the importance and preciousness of these things, try their best to find them. Seeing this, you really want to get this method, and then if there is another method, you may pay more attention.

Tap with two fingers (forefinger), then tap with four fingers, and finally tap with the middle finger. Knock like this for about 1 minute, then knock three times with the last three fingers, and then let go, and the ear will beep. After covering your ears, the air conduction of sound is blocked, mainly bone conduction, and the sound is loud, like thunder, called drum. Ming Gutian is smart and healthy. Knocking like this will make your mind clear, comfortable and easy to concentrate.
3. Open your mind, open your mind. Hands above your head, turn three times clockwise, three times counterclockwise, press down three times, and then lift up three times.
4. conger. Put your hand down, crush the auricle, press the index finger on the middle finger, then the middle finger bounces, and the index finger drops and bounces 24 times. A dozen bullets like this, the ear will "bang, bang". The ancients also called it Ming ancient days. ("Twelve Brocades": "The ancient days rang around and smelled twenty-four degrees." Then, the index finger turns into the ear along the foot of the helix, touching the part below the ear corresponding to the cerebral cortex when turning. So turn your palm forward, and your thumb and forefinger will become duckbills. Your forefinger will bend as far as possible along the ear canal until it can't move, and the inside will vibrate, and then you will make a "bang" sound by pulling it hard, which is not only smart for your ears, but also smart for your brain. This is also done three times. Then lift the auricle upward and pull it out along the ear. Finally pull the earlobe.
5. Exercise your eyes. Pinch the kidney water with both hands, point the little finger at the nose, and concentrate on looking at the little finger, and find that the finger has become a cone, and there seems to be a line at the tip of the cone. Hold out your hand and put your eyes on your fingers. When you can't see it, stop at once. Then the hands are slowly and evenly closed, and before touching, the eyes begin to cross. You can see the cone clearly when you look at it with your hands together. Then spread your hands outward and look to both sides with the corner of your eye, as far as the edge is concerned. When you concentrate, your eyes will open and close with the gas in your body. Therefore, we should not only look at our fingers, but also slowly experience the changes of qi in our bodies. Do this three times, then palm inward, little finger facing each other, close to eyes. Keep your head still. Keep your eyes looking up as high as possible when you raise your hand. When you can't see it, stop for a while, and then lower your hand to eye level. Up and down, do this three times, and then come down. Put down your hand until your eyes are just out of sight, stop for a while, and then rise to the level of your eyes. Go up like this, do it three times, and then take your hand out at eye level. Generally, the hand is more than a foot away from the eye, and the arm is straight at most, and then slowly pulled back. Reverse it three times. This is to adjust the movement of qi through the movement of the eyes. If you can't feel the change of internal qi at first, just ignore it. As long as you have this idea, you will feel it slowly. There are also requirements for the eyes when taking the job. Together, they are equivalent to vision care.
6. Press your nose. Put down your hand, put away your little finger, and press Xiang Ying point 10 with your index finger. Students with nose problems can rub it several times. Then turn your hand down to the nostril, press your index finger on the nasal septum (don't block the nostril) and rub it in both directions for ten times. Put down your hand, form a palm or seal it on your navel.
7. Exercise your mouth. Knock on the teeth, left molar and right molar fifty times in turn, and finally knock on the teeth fifty times. * * * Knock your teeth 200 times. Knock more if there is something wrong with your teeth. When you knock your teeth, you should concentrate and control the simultaneous movement of the upper and lower jaws with your mind. On the one hand, we can concentrate on the teeth, on the other hand, we can strengthen the kidney (the kidney is the main bone and the teeth are the bones). In the past, knocking on teeth was taken seriously, saying that knocking on teeth is the meeting of all gods, knocking on left molar is ominous, and knocking on right molar is evil. There is also the statement that Jin Zhongyu is exhausted. Behind the teeth, the tongue is agitated. The tongue starts from the middle of the upper incisors and goes left, down, right and up (girls go right, down, left and up first). Because the qi and blood of men and women are a little different, the direction of rotation is different.
