Beware of "weather allergy" during the season change!

In autumn, the temperature difference between day and night is increasing, and the atmospheric humidity is also obviously decreasing. The autumn wind is rustling and the weather is getting colder every day. At this time, many people are prone to allergic symptoms.

There are many kinds of allergies. There are hundreds of allergens, such as pollen, dust, chemicals and ultraviolet rays. One of them is called meteorological allergy, which refers to all kinds of symptoms caused by human body's excessive sensitivity to changes in meteorological environment, and belongs to the category of medical meteorology. The root cause of weather allergy is the poor adaptability of human body to weather changes. The manifestations of meteorological allergy vary from person to person, including inattention, hypomnesis, lethargy, depression and anxiety, headache, dizziness, nausea, insomnia, sweating, rapid heartbeat and elevated blood pressure.

The research shows that in the process of periodic and slow climate change, the meteorological allergy of human body is caused by the change of temperature, humidity, air pressure and other factors (mainly seasonal changes), which causes the change of oxygen uptake of human cells.

Domestic experts have made a detailed analysis of meteorological allergy caused by non-periodic changes in meteorological conditions. Generally speaking, when the weather changes, the stimulation caused by meteorological factors such as cold, warm, dry and wet, wind, frost, rain and snow is reflected to the hypothalamus through human skin. The hypothalamus also controls the pituitary gland to secrete corresponding hormones to regulate endocrine function, so as to maintain the balance of the body after the weather changes, that is, the stability of the human internal environment. However, everyone's adaptability to climate is different. When the human body is difficult to adapt to the weather changes for a while, and the adaptability of the human body declines, symptoms will appear in the body functions such as breathing, blood circulation and metabolism, and "weather allergy" will appear.

Autumn is a season with great changes in meteorological conditions. On the one hand, compared with summer, the temperature and humidity in autumn are lower, but the air pressure is higher, and the oxygen uptake of human cells also changes. For some people, the symptoms of meteorological allergy such as depression, insomnia and headache are physiological responses of the body to climate change. On the other hand, autumn is also the season when the weather system is active. Cold and warm air often intrudes alternately, and the meteorological elements change violently and frequently, which is the most likely to cause serious meteorological allergies. Special attention should be paid to prevention.

In addition, the common pollen allergy in life also has obvious seasonality. In most parts of China, there are two pollen periods in a year, one is from March to May in spring, and the other is from June to September in summer and autumn. Trees are the main pollen in spring, and plants are the main pollen in summer and autumn, such as chrysanthemum, lily, osmanthus, rose and begonia. Generally, there are more patients with pollen allergy in summer and autumn than in spring, and the symptoms are also heavier.
